Loaded Potato Soup
1/2 lb bacon, diced (or use Real Bacon bits)
2 1/2 C peeled, diced potatoes (we used red)
1 1/2 cartons Organic Chicken broth
1 1/2 C water
1 pouch Swanson Homemade Soup Maker
1 1/2 C heavy cream
3-4 drops Oregano Vitality (or fresh oregano)
Mixed-up Salt & Pepper seasoning (optional)
Toppings (cheese, bacon bits, green onion, chives, etc)
Wash (in Thieves), peel, & dice red potatoes. In your Dutch oven, add potatoes, chicken broth & water. Let cook on LOW for a couple hours, also adding in Oregano Vitality, Salt, Pepper, and Basil seasoning. About 30 minutes, before you are ready to eat, add in Swanson Soup Mix, bacon, heavy cream and heat to a BOIL. Reduce heat again to LOW, cover and simmer until the potatoes are tender. Top with toppings, enjoy!

You could also substitute the bacon for diced cooked ham or even had sweet corn.
