This might get me on the right track to consuming more green.
2 cups coconut milk
1 cup milk
2 tbsp Drizzle honey
16 oz white chocolate, chopped (we used Ghirardelli melting wafers)
2 tsp ground matcha tea (we used Entire Tea/Encha)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp sea salt
Combine the milks, honey, chocolate, matcha and salt together in a large saucepan and stir constantly until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is heated through. Turn off the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
Serve immediately with diy toasted snowman marshmallows.
Ps. You could totally adding in Peppermint Vitality or even give it a chilly twist by blending it with ice for a frozen hot cocoa.
