- Wake Up: 3 drops Peppermint + 3 drops Grapefruit. Diffuse.
- Tantrum Tamer: 4 drops Lavender + 2 drops of Cedarwood + 2 drops Orange + 1 drop Ylang Ylang in a rollerball and fill rest of way up with carrier oil.
- Happy Mama: 10 drops Peace & Calming + 10 drops Joy + 10 drops Ylang Ylang + 10 drops Orange in a rollerball and fill rest of the way with carrier oil, like fractionated coconut oil. Go crazy rolling yourself with this blend! You’ll thank me later 😉
- Mood Boost: 2 drops Lavender + 2 drops Orange + 2 drops Ylang Ylang. Diffuse.
